3-part British detective drama praised as ‘gripping from start to finish’ will be removed on Netflix

The detective drama Black Work, featuring Sheridan Smith, will be leaving Netflix on Sunday, April 19th. It originally aired on ITV in 2015 and was added to Netflix a year ago.

The series centers around police officer Jo Gillespie, who is devastated to discover her husband has been shot while working undercover.

Ignoring direct instructions, she starts investigating the matter herself. This puts her in danger and could also reveal hidden truths about her husband.
