Rapi: Red Hood Best Builds, Teams, and How to Play

As a seasoned gamer with years of experience under my belt, I can confidently say that Rapi is truly a versatile character to have in any team. Her unique ability to function as both a cooldown reduction Nikke, making her an essential piece for every proper team, and a full-fledged DPS when paired with a burst I Nikke, makes her an invaluable asset. I’ve found myself relying on Rapi’s abilities time and time again to turn the tide of battle in my favor. Her massive ATK buffs for herself instead of cooldown reduction when there is a burst I Nikke present, really amplifies her damage output. Overall, Rapi’s versatility and adaptability have made her one of my favorite characters to play with and I highly recommend adding her to any team.
