The upcoming HBO series “House of the Dragon,” which serves as a prequel to “Game of Thrones,” draws inspiration from George R.R. Martin’s book “Fire & Blood.” However, following the conclusion of season 2, it would be more fitting to describe the show as being loosely based on the book, as many characters deviate significantly from their page counterparts, both emotionally and in terms of location (like Otto Hightower).

Still, I’m looking forward to seeing the rematch in the opening bout and main event, and I hope that the fighters put on a great show for the fans.
