12 HUGE Jurassic World: Rebirth Spoilers Revealed!
The promotional push for the upcoming movie Jurassic World: Rebirth, slated for release on July 2, 2025, has been disclosing significant spoilers ahead of schedule. With the launch date fast approaching, the studio’s marketing efforts for Jurassic World: Rebirth are in high gear. They are broadcasting TV ads on various social media platforms that may have accidentally revealed crucial elements of the film. Additionally, interviews with the cast and director have divulged key plot details not previously featured in trailers.
As a die-hard movie buff, I can’t contain my excitement for the upcoming Jurassic Park film directed by Gareth Edwards, which will be released under Universal Pictures. This fresh installment in the franchise takes us to another secluded island that was once the experimental ground for the original Jurassic Park on Isla Nublar. Titled “Rebirth,” this movie introduces a new set of characters, with Scarlett Johansson playing Zora Bennett, Jonathan Bailey as Dr. Henry Loomis, and Mahershala Ali portraying Duncan Kincaid.
Every Major Spoiler Revealed by Jurassic World: Rebirth’s Marketing
Jurassic World: Rebirth’s Scary Opening Scene
In April 2025, the authoritative Jurassic World YouTube channel showcased the contributions of composer Alexandre Desplat for Jurassic World: Rebirth. At the 0:05 point of the video, the title “Opening-Lab” was displayed on a sheet, revealing that the film’s thrilling opening sequence will center around the Distortus Rex (D-Rex) being unveiled in a laboratory setting, where it appears to fatally attack one of the scientists involved in its construction.
The chilling opening scene in the film “Jurassic World: Rebirth” effectively captures its eerie atmosphere, hinting at the intense fear that permeates throughout the rest of the movie.
Jurassic World Rebirth Will Include Scenes in 1 Historic City
A sneak peek “making-of” video for “Jurassic World: Rebirth” disclosed the primary shooting spots. Notably, New York being among the locations signifies a significant milestone for the franchise, as it’s the first time any part of the series has been filmed in New York City.
The brief clip makes it clear that an interaction occurs between Scarlett Johansson’s character, Zora Bennett, and Rupert Friend’s character, Martin Krebs, in New York City. This suggests that perhaps Martin might be enlisting Zora for a secret mission to the concealed island at this location.
A Mission Goes Wrong
In December 2024, Entertainment Weekly shared significant plot points from the upcoming movie “Jurassic World: Rebirth”, following interviews with the cast and crew.
In the film, Zora Bennett is brought on by Martin Krebs to assemble a group of elite operatives for a secret operation: they’re to penetrate a secluded island and obtain samples of the three biggest dinosaurs – one from the ocean, another from the sky, and the last from land. But the mission takes an unexpected turn into a rescue effort when a Mosasaurus assaults a civilian vessel (with the Delgado family aboard) in the open sea.
In a hint about what makes “Rebirth” captivating, director Gareth Edwards mentioned that the movie holds you tight all the way until the final credits roll.
Clearly, things take a turn for the worse, making it an exciting spectacle for ‘Jurassic’ enthusiasts. Once you embark on this journey, the film grips you till the very end. The pleasure lies in the thrilling chase scenes, tense escapes, heart-stopping scares, chilling horror elements, unexpected twists in the narrative, and the awe-inspiring dinosaur encounters.
Rebirth Has New & Returning Dinosaurs
In “Jurassic World: Reborn,” it’s been confirmed that a variety of both old and new dinosaurs will be featured, with the roster growing as the release date draws near. This highly anticipated movie is set to revive legendary dinosaurs like the T-Rex, Velociraptor, Mosasaurus, Spinosaurus, and Dilophosaurus, while also introducing some exciting newcomers such as Mutadons and the fearsome D-Rex.
In an exciting development, Funko has unveiled two exclusive Funko Pop! figures of the Diabloceratops and Carnotaurus specifically for Jurassic World: Rebirth. Notably, all previous dinosaur Pop! figures related to a Jurassic film have appeared in that very movie. Thus, it’s highly likely that these two dinosaurs will make an appearance in Rebirth.
Additionally, NBC revealed plans to introduce two well-known dinosaurs into their series “Rebirth”: the Compsognathus, often referred to as “Compy,” and the Ankylosaurus.
A Raptor-Centric Clash
Marketing materials associated with the London debut of Rebirth unveiled scenes depicting a fierce conflict between the Mutadons and Velociraptors. Considering their flying capabilities, the Mutadons, these latest mutant dinosaurs, seem to have an edge in a confrontation against the raptors.
In my opinion, the effortless vanquishing of the velociraptors only serves to heighten the fear factor when it comes to the Mutadons. These creatures, now looming as a formidable and relentless adversary for our heroes, prove themselves to be truly terrifying predators.
Dr. Henry Loomis’ Past Ties to 1 Jurassic Park Character
The NBC piece shed light on significant, potentially revealing aspects concerning two primary characters from Jurassic World: Rebirth – Henry Loomis and Martin Krebs.
As a film enthusiast, I recently came across an intriguing piece of information – it turns out that Henry Loomis was once a pupil of the legendary Alan Grant, a character from the Jurassic Park franchise, famously played by Sam Neil (who reprised his role in 2022’s Jurassic World: Dominion). Interestingly, Loomis is known for his expertise in mammoth dinosaurs, focusing his studies within the confines of a museum.
A Villainous Turn
Rebirth, as his character was created with characteristics similar to Lewis Dodgson.
Fans of Jurassic Park should recall that Dr. Dodgson made a brief appearance in the initial film, later becoming the chief antagonist in Jurassic World: Dominion, taking on the role of the head of Biosyn.
A Slightly Expected Betrayal
Right from the start, it’s clear that Martin Krebs is seen as suspicious or questionable by many, and a recent promotional material for Jurassic World: Rebirth seems to support this viewpoint which matches what fans had already speculated about his character.
The video revealed Krebs making a hasty exit while carrying the DNA samples that Zora Bennett and their team had obtained, suggesting a devastating act of deceit towards the character, as he had initially employed them.
Previously, it’s worth pointing out that characters from the Jurassic World franchise have not shied away from betraying the main characters for personal advantage. Characters such as Vic Hoskins (Jurassic World), Eli Mills (Fallen Kingdom), and Lewis Dodgson (Dominion) all turned against their protagonists, only to meet their end at the jaws of a dinosaur in each film.
D-Rex Seemingly Kills Two Major Rebirth Characters
In the official trailer for “Jurassic World: Rebirth”, Duncan Kincaid and his team, along with the Delgado family, are seen fleeing from a monster dinosaur known as the D-Rex. It’s plausible that Duncan might think a flare could distract the mutated beast, but given the colossal size of the D-Rex, it seems likely that Duncan’s fate is quite grim.
Simultaneously, another promotional segment showed Martin Krebs fleeing swiftly from the team. At the 0:26 point, it disclosed that the D-Rex had halted the villain’s vehicle, and it seemed as though he met his end shortly after (to clarify, no one walked away unscathed from that encounter).
Another Minor Character Killed by a Spinosaurus
In the cast of “Jurassic World: Rebirth,” Ed Skrein portrays Bobby Atwater, a member of the special ops team who collaborates with character Zora Bennett on the DNA recovery operation.
In one advertisement for Jurassic World: Rebirth, Bobby appears to be swallowed up by a Spinosaurus when their group meets the Mosasaurus out at sea.
The D-Rex or a Mysterious Dino Escapes
As a devoted cinephile, I couldn’t help but feel a thrill when I caught wind of another tantalizing teaser for “Jurassic World: Rebirth.” In this latest preview, it seems our very own Henry Loomis encounters a dinosaur breakout reminiscent of the D-Rex’s escape from the lab in the film’s initial scenes. The adrenaline is already pumping!
As a die-hard movie fan, I suspect the D-Rex might be using that lab as its hideout, and it could be where our brave heroes come face-to-face with the mutated dinosaur for the very first time. And here’s a chilling thought: another unseen dinosaur could be lurking, ready to catch our team off guard.
Jurassic World Rebirth Promo Spoils Potential Survivors
In the behind-the-scenes video for Jurassic World: Rebirth, there’s a quick scene showing the characters who might have survived rushing away from where the team had an encounter with the D-Rex. It’s evident that Duncan and Martin Krebs are absent in the boat, suggesting they didn’t make it out alive after their encounter with the D-Rex.
From this image, it appears that every member of the Delgado family, along with Zora Bennett and Henry Loomis, have made it through, suggesting they could be the sole survivors in the aftermath of the events depicted in Rebirth.
