Fans were once more taken aback by Tammy Slaton, as she underwent another stunning change in appearance, this time just within 24 hours of everyone doing a second glance at her remarkable weight reduction transformation.

In a recent TikTok post shared on Wednesday, the 38-year-old actress from The 1000-Lb. Sisters, who had bariatric surgery and subsequent skin reduction surgeries in 2022, offered a closer view of her gradually changing physique.

As an over-the-top enthusiast, I couldn’t help but lip-synch and dance along to the infectious viral meme all about self-love! With my newly trimmed silhouette on full display in a vibrant pink t-shirt neatly tucked into denim blues, I strutted my stuff like never before.

Spectators were astonished by the complete view of the TLC celebrity, who effortlessly demonstrated her achievement of losing 500 pounds, now moving without the need for a wheelchair or oxygen tank that she previously relied upon.

Within a few days, Tammy shared a TikTok video following her revealing a complete body makeover with a snap on social media displaying her toned figure in a sleek, black bodysuit.

In a changed demeanor, with her hands folded at the small of her back and a hint of a smile playing on her lips, Tammy seemed unrecognizable to fans – leaving them utterly astonished.

The post was titled ‘I knew the assignment,’ and it showed that she’s not just embracing her change, but flourishing within it.

One enthusiast exclaimed, “I’m absolutely captivated by this phase of Tammy!” Another shared, “It moved me to tears. Honestly, it’s been incredibly inspiring and wonderful to follow your progress.

On the popular show “1000-Lb. Sisters,” Tammy’s remarkable weight loss journey has taken center stage. In April, she celebrated an impressive achievement – losing an astonishing 500 pounds!

She revealed on the TLC show that when she was at her maximum weight, it was over 700 pounds. Currently, she weighs 238 pounds.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but draw parallels between my own journey and the extraordinary transformation of Amy Slaton, my beloved role model at 37 years old. She’s shed an astounding 176 pounds! Wow, just thinking about it fuels my determination to keep going on this weight loss adventure.

She mentioned, “Everyone keeps saying I’m shorter than Amy, but it’s hard for me to accept that. I find it difficult to believe I could have done something like that.

In June, Tammy disclosed that she had, earlier in the year, undergone a long-anticipated procedure for skin removal surgery, following her significant weight loss.

‘I was just overwhelmed with excitement,’ she told People, recalling the moment she was approved. 

After putting in a tremendous amount of effort, here it is! My expression likely gave away just how taken aback and overjoyed I instantly became.

For approximately one and a half years, Tammy resided at the Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio. During her stay, she underwent extensive care and bariatric surgery, resulting in a weight loss of over 400 pounds.

It was during her time there that she met Caleb Willingham, who would become her husband.

Nicknamed “Double K,” Caleb became a partner with Tammy in 1000-Lb. Sisters, collaborating together to address their shared challenges with excessive weight.

In the end, they chose to make their commitment official in a small, heartfelt ceremony attended by around 30 guests, with their home health care nurse taking on the role of officiant.

Sadly, their newlywed bliss was short-lived. 

Caleb sadly died only a few months after, and his exact cause of death remains undisclosed to the public.

In a past season of the series, Tammy disclosed that her relationship with him underwent a change prior to his demise, implying a shift in their dynamics.

She said they had begun to ‘feel like roommates.’
