As a huge Spider-Man fan, I often think about storylines that would make amazing movies, and “The Death of Jean DeWolff” is right up there with the best from the 80s. Honestly, adapting that arc would be so thrilling, but also incredibly dark. It’s a really powerful story. It’s a shame that Jean DeWolff herself hasn’t even made it to the big screen yet, let alone had her comic-accurate fate at the hands of the Sin-Eater play out. It would be epic, but definitely a heavy watch.

As much as I love J. Jonah Jameson, I always feel like the rest of the Daily Bugle staff gets short shrift in the Spider-Man films. Betty Brant and Ben Urich *have* shown up on screen before – I remember Urich in the 2003 Daredevil movie – but Glory Grant? She’s never made it into live-action yet. I’m really hoping that if Tom Holland’s Spider-Man movies ever really dig into the Daily Bugle, they’ll finally give Glory Grant the screen time she deserves and fix this disappointing trend!

Randy hasn’t made an appearance in any Spider-Man movie so far. It’s a shame that Spider-Man films often don’t give enough attention to Peter Parker’s friends, instead concentrating on his romantic relationships and the troubled dynamic with Harry Osborn. Hopefully, upcoming Spider-Man movies will develop Peter’s network of support more fully, and include characters like Randy Robertson.

Miles Warren Is Peter Parker’s Worst Nightmare as the Jackal

The Jackal is a highly dangerous villain from the Spider-Man universe who hasn’t appeared in any movies yet. Dr. Miles Warren was a professor at Empire State University, and he became obsessed with Gwen Stacy.
